We are excited to welcome a talented Investment Banking Analyst to our growing team. This is a full-time, remote position based in North America, offering an incredible opportunity to work with cutting-edge internet, software, and consumer companies. You'll be an integral part of the team, assisting with mergers, acquisitions, and financing projects.

### Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to execute M&A transactions and financing assignments, primarily focused on disruptive companies.
- Create compelling marketing documentation, build financial models, and conduct detailed competitive and valuation analyses.
- Provide research support to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Manage projects and contribute to the smooth execution of transactions.
- Utilize financial modeling skills in Excel to deliver high-quality work efficiently.

### What We're Looking For:
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance (minimum GPA of 3.5).
- At least two years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or Big 4 transaction services (must have completed your degree).
- Previous M&A or internship experience in related fields.
- Strong ability to write marketing documentation, perform financial modeling, and conduct in-depth research.
- Solid understanding of financial analysis and the ability to make insightful recommendations.
- People and project management skills suited to this level of responsibility.
- Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong attention to detail, capable of producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about finance, investment banking, and e-commerce.
