Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lab Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a laboratory setting and a proven track record of managing lab operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage and supervise a team of laboratory technicians and staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to support research and development activities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lab activities.
• Manage lab inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of laboratory data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment and software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
