सीपमुलक, व्यवहारिक र रोजगार केन्द्रीत शिक्षा आजको आवश्यकता विषयक निबन्ध लेखनमा समावेशी अवस्था [Skilled, Practical and Job Oriented Education is the Need of the Day: Inclusive Conditions in Essay Writing]

Abstract

निबन्ध कुनै विषयमा कलात्मक वा वस्तुगत रुपमा गद्यमा लेखिएको सृजना हो । धवलागिरि बहुमुखी क्याम्पस, बागलुङको स्वतन्त्र विद्यार्थी युनीयनले सीपमुलक, व्यवहारिक र रोजगार केन्द्रीत शिक्षा आजको आवश्यकता शीर्षकमा निबन्ध लेखन प्रतियोगिता आयोजना पर्‍यो  । उक्त प्रतियोगितामा क्याम्पसमा अध्ययनरत २३३६ विद्यार्थीहरूमध्ये विभिन्न संकायमा अध्ययनरत जम्मा २७ जना मात्र सहभागी भए । विश्वविद्यालय तहमा लेखिएका निबन्धले समाजको वास्तविकताको उजागर गर्न, ज्ञान र सीप व्यवहारमा गहन भूमिका रहने हुँदा निवन्ध लेखन प्रतियोगिता सहभागीहरूको लेखनको अवस्था र स्तर केकस्तो रहेको छ ? निबन्ध लेखन प्रतियोगितामा सहभागिता र समावेशीकरणको अवस्था कस्तो रह्यो ? भन्ने विषयमा वस्तुपरक अध्ययनका लागि यो लेख तयार पारिएको छ । संख्यात्मक र गुणात्मक दुवै प्रकृतिका तथ्यहरुलाई आधारमानी विवरणात्मक र व्याख्यात्मक अनुसन्धान ढाँचामा निवन्ध लेखन भावको विश्लेषण गरी स्तम्भ, वृत्त, रेखा चित्रहरूमा प्रस्तुत गरी यो लेख तयार गरिएको छ । विद्यार्थीहरूमा सैद्धान्तिक ज्ञान, सीप र व्यवहारिक पक्षविच तालमेलको अभाव रहेको, समावेसीकरणको सैद्धान्तिक आधार बमोजिम सहभागिता नरहेको, उनीहरूले हासिल गरेको प्राप्ताङ्क ५१.५४ प्रतिशत रहेकोले यही आधारमा समग्र विद्यार्थीको निबन्ध लेखन क्षमता मध्यम स्तरको रहेको छ । शिक्षालाई रोजगार केन्द्रीत बनाई कमाउँदै पढ्ने व्यवस्था गर्न नसकेमा विद्यार्थीलाई यस्ता कार्यक्रममा आर्कषण गर्न र शिक्षालाई दैनिक व्यवहारमा उतार्न नसकिने निष्कर्ष रहेको छ । यो लेख यस क्षेत्रमा कार्यरत वा कार्य गर्न इच्छुक शिक्षक, विद्यार्थी, शोधार्थी तथा विशेषज्ञलाई आवश्यक सहयोग पुर्‍याउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ ।

[An essay is a creative or objective piece of writing in prose on a specific subject. The Independent Students' Union of Dhawalagiri Multiple Campus, Baglung, organized an essay writing competition on the topic "Skillful, practical, and employment-oriented education is the need of the day." Out of the 2336 students studying at the campus, only 27 students from different faculties participated in the competition. Essays written at the university level play a significant role in reflecting the reality of society, knowledge, and skills. Therefore, it is important to assess the writing abilities of the participants in the essay writing competition. This article aims to objectively study the topic. By analyzing the essay writing styles in a descriptive and explanatory research format and presenting the findings in columns, circles, and line diagrams, this article sheds light on the participants' writing abilities. There seems to be a disconnect between theoretical knowledge, skills, and practical aspects among the students. Despite a lack of theoretical basis for inclusion, the average score achieved by the students is 51. 54 percent, indicating a moderate level of essay writing ability overall. It is evident that without making education more job-oriented and without providing opportunities for students to study while earning, it will be challenging to attract students to such programs and implement education in daily practice. This article aims to offer necessary support to teachers, students, researchers, and experts in the field or those interested in working in this area.]
